在windows服务器开启php的gd库时，使用cgi之后phpinfo()得到的结果中 Configure Command 中并没有出现gd

下方显示的extension中却又确认有gd库并标记为enabled状态
系统环境为： windows server + nginx + php-cgi
测试的时候png图片未有成功实现
